Bookings

• Submitting a booking request through this website is a request for an appointment, not a guaranteed confirmed slot, until we contact you to confirm.
• We may contact you by phone or email to confirm, amend, or decline a requested appointment based on availability.
• No payment is taken through this website. Payment is arranged directly with us, in person or by another method we agree with you.
• Prices for services quoted on the website are indicative and may be confirmed or adjusted once we've assessed your vehicle.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change a booking, please contact us as soon as possible using the details on our Contact page. We ask for reasonable notice where possible so we can offer the slot to another customer.

Your vehicle

While we take reasonable care of vehicles left with us for work, vehicles are left at the owner's risk. We recommend removing valuables from your vehicle before drop-off.

Accuracy of information

Please make sure any details you provide (vehicle registration, contact details, requested service) are accurate, so we can properly prepare for and carry out your booking.

Website use

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, submitting false information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
