Purpose of processing
We process your personal data for the following purposes, and on the following lawful bases under UK GDPR:

Data we collect

We do not collect or store payment details through this website.
Special category data
We do not intentionally collect special category data (e.g. health, ethnicity, beliefs). Please don't include this in message or notes fields.
How long do we keep your data?
- Confirmed bookings are retained for up to 6 years in line with our accounting and tax obligations.
- Unconfirmed booking requests and contact form enquiries that don't proceed are retained for up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Staff/administrator accounts are retained while that person is active, and removed shortly after they stop working with us.
Do we share your data?
We will share your data if we receive a legitimate request from a law enforcement agency.
Your data is stored using Microsoft Azure, our website hosting and database provider. We use Google (Gmail) to send booking and enquiry notification emails.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with marketing or advertising third parties.
How we keep your data secure
- All data sent between your browser and our website is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
- The admin area is login-protected and limited to staff who need access.
- Our database is hosted with restricted network access.
- We do not store card or payment details.
Your rights
You have the right to: be informed how we process your data (Awareness); request a copy of your data (Access); ask us to correct inaccurate data (Rectification); ask us to delete your data, subject to legal or contractual limits (Erasure); ask us to restrict processing in certain circumstances (Restriction); object to processing based on legitimate interests (Object); and receive your data in a portable format where relevant (Data portability). We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

We do not currently use any analytics, marketing, or tracking cookies on this website. If this changes, we'll update this notice and ask for consent where required.

We primarily process data in the United Kingdom and European Economic Area, using Microsoft Azure for hosting.
